1 cup ice
½ cup oat milk
½ whole lemon – pits removed, washed
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup Greek Yogurt
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30-60s (or use the smoothie setting on your blender)
- Add ice to a glass.
- Place the strainer over the glass and pour the mixture through the strainer, being sure to stir to get all the liquid you can!
- Add a sliced lemon as a garnish.
