- 1 cup ice
- Β½ cup oat milk
- Β½ whole lemon – pits removed, washed
- ΒΌ cup maple syrup
- ΒΌ cup Greek Yogurt
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30-60s (or use the smoothie setting on your blender)
- Add ice to a glass.
- Place the strainer over the glass and pour the mixture through the strainer, being sure to stir to get all the liquid you can!Β
- Add a sliced lemon as a garnish.
- Enjoy!
