Ingredients:
- 1/2 Avocado (peeled and pitted)
- 1 Banana (frozen)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 1/4 cups cow’s milk, 1%
- 1 tbsp egg whites (from carton)
- 1 cup baby spinach
Place all ingredients into your blender. Blend very well until completely smooth.
