why I created this book?

I created the Boost Your Fertility Cookbook because after speaking to so many couples, the “what should I eat” question becomes stressful. Even more so, it can be annoying and stressful so I wrote this book to help you through that nutrition noise and stress. 

As a fertility dietitian, I’ve worked with many individuals who feel unsure, discouraged, or simply exhausted from trying to figure it all out – alone. Even with chatgpt now, it’s resourceful but not personal. 

That’s exactly why I wanted to create something meaningful, something that supports your body and gives you confidence in your decisions.

With every page, my goal is to simplify healthy eating, make it feel more doable, and bring joy back to the table.
