Hi! I’m Teresa Maiorano, a Fertility Dietitian and Nutritionist, with a passion for helping you improve your reproductive health through fertility nutrition. Through Live and Love Nutrition, I create fertility-focused plans that are easy to follow, science-based, and aligned with your goals

Adding to that, as the author of Boost Your Fertility Cookbook, I am deeply committed to making fertility-friendly eating simple, delicious, and sustainable. Beyond that, my ultimate goal is to equip you with the most effective nutrition strategies so that you can feel confident, well-nourished, and fully supported throughout your fertility journey.

My Personal Journey

Growing up in an Italian family, I experienced firsthand how food brings love, nourishment, and support together Because of this, I believe that eating should be both healthy and enjoyable.

At the same time, my own fertility journey has shaped the way I approach my work. I was diagnosed with Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) and entered early menopause in my thirties. With very low AMH levels, my window for having children was small. However, by focusing on fertility-boosting nutrition, I conceived both of my children naturally before transitioning into perimenopause.

My guiding philosophy, ‘May there always be colours on your plate and joy at your table,’ reflects my belief that fertility nutrition should be both nourishing and enjoyable.

For this reason, I don’t just teach it—I live it. I understand the challenges, and I’m here to help you navigate them with science-backed solutions that truly work.
