Hi, I’m Teresa Maiorano – Fertility Dietitian & Nutritionist aka –  Fertility Nutrition expert. 

I’ve been a Fertility Dietitian and Nutritionist for years now, helping hundreds of women and couples, grow their family. By working through optimal nutrition and using science-backed evidence, I enhance your chances of success by as much as is scientifically able!

I am so committed to this, I created my Boost Your Fertility Cookbook, to help you at home bring your fertility to the max. More importantly, my goal is to equip you with powerful nutrition strategies so you can feel confident, well-nourished, and fully supported at every stage of your fertility journey.

Having said that, with me at your side, you’ll be able to choose the best foods that optimize your nutrient intake, align with your identity and build healthy habits that support your fertility journey.

More to that – everything I do is backed by science.  So, you can feel confident you’re getting the most up-to-date and effective guidance available – anywhere! 

My Personal Fertility Journey

Growing up in an Italian family, I experienced firsthand how food brings love, nourishment, and support together Because of this, I believe that eating should be both healthy and enjoyable.

At the same time, my own fertility journey has shaped the way I approach my work. Having undiagnosed Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) and entering early menopause in my thirties, having my 2 children was more difficult that I expected – but not impossible. Because my window for having children was growing smaller with every passing month, we did not and could not have more than 2 children.  To be clear, I know we are blessed and I focus on this daily. It took us close to year to be pregnant with each of our kids, but after my 2nd, perimenopause came hard and fast. Despite this, I conceived both of my children in less than 12 months each, without medical interventions. 

My guiding philosophy, ‘May there always be colours on your plate and joy at your table,’ reflects my belief that fertility nutrition should be both nourishing and enjoyable.

For this reason, I don’t just teach it—I live it. I understand the challenges, and I’m here to help you navigate them with science-backed solutions that truly work.
