Growing up in an Italian family, I experienced firsthand how food brings love, nourishment, and support together Because of this, I believe that eating should be both healthy and enjoyable.
At the same time, my own fertility journey has shaped the way I approach my work. Having undiagnosed Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) and entering early menopause in my thirties, having my 2 children was more difficult that I expected – but not impossible. Because my window for having children was growing smaller with every passing month, we did not and could not have more than 2 children. To be clear, I know we are blessed and I focus on this daily. It took us close to year to be pregnant with each of our kids, but after my 2nd, perimenopause came hard and fast. Despite this, I conceived both of my children in less than 12 months each, without medical interventions.
My guiding philosophy, ‘May there always be colours on your plate and joy at your table,’ reflects my belief that fertility nutrition should be both nourishing and enjoyable.
For this reason, I don’t just teach it—I live it. I understand the challenges, and I’m here to help you navigate them with science-backed solutions that truly work.
