From Happy Clients

Before working with Teresa, I felt overwhelmed by all the fertility nutrition advice online. I wasn't sure what actually mattered. Within a few weeks, Teresa helped me simplify everything and I finally understood what to eat, how to balance my meals, and how to support my hormones naturally. The biggest change was how I felt: calmer, more energized, and in control. By the end of the program, my cycles became more regular and my labs improved. I can't thank her enough for helping me reconnect with my body and feel hopeful again.

I honestly didn’t think food could make such a difference. I had tried so many things before, but Teresa’s approach was completely different. She looked at my whole picture, my stress, sleep, gut health, and how I was eating, not just what I was eating. The 3-month program gave me tools I can actually use long-term. I’m no longer guessing what to eat, my digestion has improved, and my energy is back. I even got my first natural ovulation in months!

Working with Teresa was one of the best decisions I made on my fertility journey. I came in feeling defeated, but she met me with so much compassion and understanding. Every session left me feeling supported and motivated. I learned how to nourish myself without restriction and how to listen to what my body needs. Three months later, I feel lighter, happier, and more confident, not just in my food choices, but in my pregnancy too! She helped me transition to conception to pregnancy nutrition and I am forever grateful.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to follow a strict diet to improve fertility or conceive?

No! A strict or highly restrictive diet is not necessary to support fertility and reproductive health. What matters more is long-term adherence to balanced nutrition and healthy eating patterns. Supporting lifestyle factors like quality sleep, stress management, regular physical activity, and avoiding harmful substances also play important roles in improving fertility-related outcomes.

It’s completely normal to feel confused by the overwhelming and often contradictory nutrition information online. I take the time to understand your health history, lifestyle, and reproductive goals, and help cut through the noise by translating the latest fertility nutrition research into clear, evidence-based recommendations. Together, we create a personalized plan you can trust, grounded in science, not guesswork

In our first session, whether individually or as a couple, we will complete a comprehensive review of your health and medical history, lifestyle, dietary pattern, fertility journey, and goals. We’ll focus on three key areas: nutrition (including any macro- and micronutrient deficiencies), lab work (what’s been done and what may still be needed), and your menstrual cycle (including ovulation patterns and regularity). We will also discuss current challenges and begin mapping out a personalized, evidence-based plan tailored to your fertility goals. Follow-up sessions offer continued support, accountability, and adjustments based on your progress.

The first session is 1 hour, focusing on your health history, lifestyle, and fertility goals. Follow-up sessions are 30 minutes each, covering food journal reviews, lab results, progress, and overcoming challenges. All sessions are one-on-one.
