I created the Boost Your Fertility Cookbook because after speaking to so many couples, the “what should I eat” question becomes stressful. Even more so, it can be annoying and stressful so I wrote this book to help you through that nutrition noise and stress.
As a fertility dietitian, I’ve worked with many individuals who feel unsure, discouraged, or simply exhausted from trying to figure it all out – alone. Even with chatgpt now, it’s resourceful but not personal.
That’s exactly why I wanted to create something meaningful, something that supports your body and gives you confidence in your decisions.
To be clear – food plays a powerful role in fertility. However, knowing where to start can feel confusing and even stressful. That’s where this cookbook comes in.
