Spirulina Smoothie

Spirulina is rich in Antioxidants, like Beta-Carotene and Vitamin E, as well as vitamins and minerals like iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium as well as gut-promoting probiotics, all of which support fertility health. Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen tropical fruit (pineapple, mango)
  • 1 cup cow’s milk, almond milk or oat milk (I use cow’s milk)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp shelled sunflower seeds
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Blue-green Spirulina powder
  • Add water to desired thickness

Directions

  1. Add the ingredients to a high speed blender.Ā 
  2. Blend until smooth.
