Spirulina Smoothie
Spirulina is rich in Antioxidants, like Beta-Carotene and Vitamin E, as well as vitamins and minerals like iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium as well as gut-promoting probiotics, all of which support fertility health. Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen tropical fruit (pineapple, mango)
- 1 cup cow’s milk, almond milk or oat milk (I use cow’s milk)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 tsp shelled sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Blue-green Spirulina powder
- Add water to desired thickness
Directions
- Add the ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately
