Directions

  1. Add dates and oats to food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add almond butter, honey, molasses, cinnamon and ginger into food processor and pulse until smooth.
  3. Pour into a small bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into a 6x9inch dish. You can top with extra chocolate chips if you desire, pressing slightly to ensure it sticks together. Ā 
  5. Place into the fridge for 30minutes or until firm.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
