- Add dates and oats to food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add almond butter, honey, molasses, cinnamon and ginger into food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into a small bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into a 6x9inch dish. You can top with extra chocolate chips if you desire, pressing slightly to ensure it sticks together.
- Place into the fridge for 30minutes or until firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
