Ingredients10 Medjool dates1 1/4 cup quick oats½ cup all-natural almond butter¼ cup honey¼ cup molasses1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon 1 1/2 tbsp ground ginger¼ cup chocolate chipsDirectionsAdd dates and oats to food processor and blend until smooth.Add almond butter, honey, molasses, cinnamon and ginger into food processor and pulse until smooth.Pour into a small bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.Pour into a 6x9inch dish. You can top with extra chocolate chips if you desire, pressing slightly to ensure it sticks together. Place into the fridge for 30minutes or until firm.Serve and enjoy!
