Ingredients

  • 10 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup dry quick oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried tart cherries
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Preparation:

  1. Remove the pits from the dates

Method:

  1. Add the ingredients, except the cherries (and chocolate chips, if using) to a blender
  2. Blend until slightly coarseĀ 
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Stir in the dried cherries and chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop out 1 tbsp of mixture into your hand and roll it into a ball.
  5. Place on a pretty plate.
  6. Enjoy with a cup of milk, tea or water. Add a fresh fruit for a balanced snack.

Can be stored in the fridge as leftovers for up to 7 days.
