7 Medjool dates

1/2 cup quick oats

½ cup whole almonds + 1/3 cup ground almonds (for coating)

½ cup dried mixed berries

½ cup all-natural almond butter

¼ cup ground flaxseeds

1 tbsp vanilla

½ tbsp plant-based Omega-3 oil

¼ cup Chocolate chips



  1. Ground whole flaxseeds.
  2. Ground whole almonds.

Get Cooking:

  1. Add quick oats, whole almonds, mixed berries, all-natural almond butter, ground flaxseeds, vanilla, and Omega-3 oil to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.
  4. Place 1/3 cup ground almonds onto a plate.
  5. Roll into balls. Roll into ground almonds to coat.
  6. Place on a pretty platter and enjoy!
