7 Medjool dates
1/2 cup quick oats
½ cup whole almonds + 1/3 cup ground almonds (for coating)
½ cup dried mixed berries
½ cup all-natural almond butter
¼ cup ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp vanilla
½ tbsp plant-based Omega-3 oil
¼ cup Chocolate chips
- Ground whole flaxseeds.
- Ground whole almonds.
- Add quick oats, whole almonds, mixed berries, all-natural almond butter, ground flaxseeds, vanilla, and Omega-3 oil to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.
- Place 1/3 cup ground almonds onto a plate.
- Roll into balls. Roll into ground almonds to coat.
- Place on a pretty platter and enjoy!
