Ingredients
7 Medjool dates
1/2 cup quick oats
Ā½ cup whole almonds + 1/3 cup ground almonds (for coating)
Ā½ cup dried mixed berries
Ā½ cup all-natural almond butter
Ā¼ cup ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp vanilla
Ā½ tbsp plant-based Omega-3 oil
Ā¼ cup Chocolate chips
Directions
Preparation:
- Ground whole flaxseeds.
- Ground whole almonds.
Get Cooking:
- Add quick oats, whole almonds, mixed berries, all-natural almond butter, ground flaxseeds, vanilla, and Omega-3 oil to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.
- Place 1/3 cup ground almonds onto a plate.
- Roll into balls. Roll into ground almonds to coat.
- Place on a pretty platter and enjoy!
