Ingredients

  • 7 Medjool dates
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • ½ cup whole almonds + 1/3 cup ground almonds (for coating)
  • ½ cup dried mixed berries
  • ½ cup all-natural almond butter
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • ½ tbsp plant-based Omega-3 oil
  • ¼ cup Chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Start with adding the quick oats, whole almonds, mixed berries, all-natural almond butter, ground flaxseeds, vanilla, and Omega-3 oil to a food processor or blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Next, pour the mixture into a bowl. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.
  4. Place 1/3 cup ground almonds onto a plate.
  5. Now, using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls. Then, gently roll the ball into ground almonds to coat.
  6. Place on a pretty platter and enjoy!
