1 cup steel-cut oats, cooked

¼ cup blackberries, raspberries and cherries

¼ cup Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp buckwheat groats

1 tsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp chopped mixed nuts

1 tbsp coconut slivers



  1. Cook oats to package directions. 
  2. Wash and gently dry the berries. 

Get Cooking:

  1. Add cooked oats your favourite bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.   
  3. Stir together and enjoy.
