1 cup steel-cut oats, cooked
¼ cup blackberries, raspberries and cherries
¼ cup Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp buckwheat groats
1 tsp hemp hearts
1 tbsp chopped mixed nuts
1 tbsp coconut slivers
- Cook oats to package directions.
- Wash and gently dry the berries.
- Add cooked oats your favourite bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir together and enjoy.
