Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ medium cucumber, chopped
  • ¼ medium avocado
  • 2 tbsp pitted dates
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup packed basil leaves
  • ½ lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1 cup plain kefir

Instructions:

    1. First, add all ingredients to a blender.
    2. Second, blend until smooth and creamy. If you need too, add a splash of water or extra kefir for desired consistency.
    3. Since it serves 2, divide this evenly into 2 glasses and enjoy!
