This vibrant Roasted Beet Hummus delivers fertility support in both flavor and function. Beets support blood flow and detoxification, while chickpeas provide plant-based protein and folate for reproductive health.
Additionally, this creamy dip is an easy way to add nutrient density to snacks and meals. Serve it with veggies or whole-grain crackers for a fertility-friendly boost that feels indulgent.

Description

This roasted beet hummus supports circulation and detoxification while offering a nutrient-dense, fertility-friendly dip.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. If you do not have roasted beets, take a raw beet, wash it, cut it in quarters, wrap in foil and roast in the oven at 375°F for 40min (until soft). Remove from foil and put in the fridge to cool before adding to the blender.
  2. Open the can of chickpeas.
  3. Wash and dry the dill.
  4. Now, add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Taste it. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place in a pretty dish and top with good olive oil and freshly cracked pepper.
  7. Enjoy!

Note

Enjoy with whole grain crackers and veggies!
