These Almond Berry Omega-3 Energy Balls are small but mighty when it comes to fertility nutrition. Almonds provide vitamin E for egg quality, while berries and omega-3-rich ingredients help reduce inflammation and support hormone balance.
Perfect for busy days, these no-bake bites offer sustained energy without blood sugar crashes. They’re a smart, satisfying way to nourish fertility between meals.

These almond berry omega-3 energy balls provide fertility-supportive fats and antioxidants in an easy, no-bake snack.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Start by adding the quick oats, whole almonds, mixed berries, all-natural almond butter, ground flaxseeds, vanilla, and Omega-3 oil to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Next, pour the mixture into a bowl. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.
  4. Place ⅓ cup ground almonds onto a plate.
  5. Now, using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls. Then, gently roll the ball into ground almonds to coat.
  6. Place on a pretty platter and enjoy!
