These High-Protein Energy Balls help stabilize blood sugar and support hormone balance. Protein is essential for ovulation and progesterone production, making these bites especially fertility-friendly.
Perfect for snacks or pre-workout fuel, they keep energy steady without crashes—supporting both fertility and daily life.

Description

These high-protein energy balls support stable blood sugar and hormone production with a convenient, fertility-friendly snack.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Remove the pits from the dates
  2. Add the ingredients, except the cherries (and chocolate chips, if using) to a blender
  3. Blend until slightly coarse
  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Stir in the dried cherries and chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop out 1 tbsp of mixture into your hand and roll it into a ball.
  6. Place on a pretty plate.
  7. Enjoy with a cup of milk, tea or water. Add a fresh fruit for a balanced snack.

Note

Can be stored in the fridge as leftovers for up to 7 days.
