These Ginger Chocolate Energy Bars strike the perfect balance between nourishment and satisfaction. Ginger supports digestion and inflammation control, while dark chocolate delivers magnesium and antioxidants essential for hormonal regulation and stress resilience.

Description

These ginger chocolate energy bars provide steady energy and antioxidant support while offering a no-bake, fertility-friendly snack option.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add dates and oats to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the almond butter, honey, molasses ,cinnamon, ground ginger and blend until smooth, removing from sides as needed.
  3. Pour into a mixing bowl and stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 6x6 pan and spread evenly.
  5. Top with extra chocolate chips if desired and press down on them gently to secure them in place.
  6. Place into the fridge for 30 minutes or until they are firm enough to cut.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!
