Description

This simple beans and greens recipe delivers fiber, folate, and plant protein to support hormone balance and gut health.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over low heat.

  2. Add beans, swiss chard, leeks, garlic and salt and pepper to the pan along with 2 tbsps water. Cook on low until they are soft and tender, about 25 minutes.
  3. When all ingredients are soft and warm, top with parsley, transfer to a beautiful bowl and enjoy!
