Heat the oven to 475°F. Using a baking dish 9×13 inches, line it with coarse salt or crinkled tin foil.

Arrange the washed oysters on the pan, flat side up - so the juices won’t run out - and gently place them in the oven.

While they cook, get a mixing bowl and add the bread crumbs, lemon juice, parmesan, dill, parsley, sweet paprika, and pepper and mix well.

When the oysters open, remove them from the oven and, keeping the oven mitt on, take a knife and remove the upper shell.

Now, fill the oysters with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place them back into the oven until golden brown (about 5-7minutes).
