This Slow-Cooker Chicken Pumpkin Soup supports fertility through protein, beta-carotene, and gut-friendly nutrients. Chicken provides amino acids needed for hormone production.
The slow-cooking process enhances digestion, making this soup especially supportive during hormonal transitions.

Description

This slow-cooker chicken pumpkin soup supports fertility through protein, beta-carotene, and gut-friendly nourishment.

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk, red curry paste, fish sauce, sugar, and pumpkin into the slow cooker and whisk to combine. dd the chicken and cover.
  2. Cook for four hours on high or eight hours on low.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the slow cooker and add the bell pepper. Cook for 30 minutes on high.
  4. Before serving, stir in the spinach and lime juice.
  5. Divide evenly between bowls and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Enjoy!
